Acrobatic Dance, or ‘acro’ (as it is commonly know) is the beautiful fusion of dance technique and the gymnastic elements. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling and partnering, flexibility, contortion and strength.

Cannot recommend Dance network enough!!
My daughter has been at dance network since she 3 years old and is now nearly 6. She started off with mini movers and now does 5 different dance styles and attends Dance network 4 days a week. She absolutely loves dance network and her love for dancing has just grew and grew, she can’t walk down the street without practicing a move. Her confidence in general has grew also. She has just started competitions and absolutely loves being on stage and performing, she is making friends and all the dancers really do support each other . Dance network teachers are so welcoming and friendly and my daughter absolutely loves them all. She’s never had anything negative to say and honestly would go to a lesson everyday if she could. The shows that she has done so far are memories I will treasure forever, it’s a wonderful experience 🌟
